I work with GAP International, a network of member organizations in 25+ countries empowering people to live and work increasingly sustainably. The Rachel Carson Prize 2011 was awarded “…for long-term efforts to involve individuals, companies and NGOs in acting sustainably.” A combination of empowerment and action research enables us to co-create new methods and tools for personal and professional development, including a ‘Learning for Change’ methodology for much improved learning from experience.
